My background
I have worked with seniors for the last 15 years in various roles. Most recently I supervised a memory care neighbourhood in a retirement residence.

Qualified
We only hire the most qualified candidates after a thorough screening and a Vulnerable Sector background check.
Trained
Once hired, our team members go through multiple stages of training.
Certified
Our team members have dementia certification, training on preventing abuse/neglect, the heimlich manoeuvre and training on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability.
